Christmas has come and gone. The New Year is here, and someone has turned 3! Time is passing so quickly. Our computer crashed the other day. We may have lost 1 year of pictures. We will turn the incompetent hard drive over to a "Mac Hero" in hopes he may recover our losses. The upside, is that the Mac store gave us a new hard drive for free! We essentially have a brand new computer tucked inside of our 4 year old laptop. May everyone have a healthy new year...and a smoother start to 2011 then we did over here.
Liam decorating our tree at home.
My baby is growing so fast!
Uncle Tom and Dane
Papo showing off his loot.
Ugh. mom no more pictures.
Pure joy is a gigantic lollipop. It is the only thing Gavin asked Tom and Jen for.
Dane scoping out his new baseball toy from Terry and Andrea
Hi Aunt Jen
I am not sure, but Landon may have scored more gifts that anyone!
Nothing says Christmas like nibbling on your own feet.
Dodge tag..what? you don't play that at your house for Christmas?
Liam found the pickle!
Post present nap.
Reenergized!
Our cute little men.
This is a random one from Liam's pre-k program. I missed it since I worked, but Dane and Lynn took Gavin. I am not sure what the bunny ears are about, but he did a great job!
We were lucky to have Dane's grandfather and his wife Elie over for dinner when they were in town. It was a fun evening watching them spending time with their great-grandparents. Little did we know, that his grandfather would be hospitalized 2 days later (and is still there)....but that is a whole long saga. We just hope he keeps getting better and will get to go back to Minnesota soon!
Three Generations of Stangler men...out of 4. Pop (dane's dad) was missing.
Our cute little tree. I love how our ornaments are collected over our lives (and now the boys). I feel like our tree tells the story of a happy little family.
Opening Nana and Pop's presents.
Star Wars cookie cutters...another post to come.
Even Dane got in on the action.
And the stockings were hung by the ottoman with care....because they were too heavy for the mantle.
Love these boys...
pouty face...poor dane got a bottle brush in his stocking. that is what you get for being nonverbal and not being able to tell Santa what you REALLY wanted.
Gavin seems happy that he told Santa what he wanted.
Liam agrees.
What, the Toy Story 3 Dr. Evil Porkchop Ship?!? Oh my God. Best Christmas ever!
Some of the aftermath!
Sofie the giraffe is WAY better than that bottle brush. Maybe Santa isn't so bad after all!
Gram and Dane
I have several more posts a coming. Gavin's birthday/NYE. Star Wars Cookies. Mckay's Wedding....get excited. Thanks to all of our family for helping us have another wonderful (and spoiled) holiday season. We are happy we got to spend time with everyone!
